本协议适用于 NiceGBA Android 应用（com.rq.nice.gba）及其介绍网站。使用前请阅读本协议和隐私政策；若不同意，请停止使用。涉及未成年人的使用，应由监护人给予适当指导。本协议不限制适用法律赋予你的不可排除权利。

1. 服务范围

NiceGBA 提供 Game Boy、Game Boy Color 和 Game Boy Advance 游戏文件的本地运行、文件导入、存档、截图、速度调整和局域网传输等功能。应用不内置商业游戏、游戏下载服务或 BIOS 文件，也不出售或授权第三方游戏内容。功能、兼容性和运行速度可能因设备、操作系统或游戏文件而不同。

PRO 订阅

PRO 在有效订阅期间提供多存档槽、快进及额外主题。提供周、月和年自动续订方案，无免费试用；当地价格、结算周期及适用费用以应用购买页和 Google Play 确认页面为准。订阅持续自动续订直至取消，可通过 Google Play 管理。取消后权益通常保留到已付费期间结束；退款按 Google Play 规则及适用法律处理。免费版可正常游玩并读取已有存档；保存即时快照及游戏内存档、快进需要 PRO。订阅失效不会删除游戏或存档。

2. 游戏文件与合法使用

你应仅导入和使用依法取得且有权使用的游戏文件。拥有实体卡带不必然意味着在所有地区均有权复制、下载或分享 ROM；请自行确认所在地适用规则及相关授权。不得通过应用传播侵权内容、规避适用访问限制或从事违法活动。游戏、商标、角色及相关素材的权利归各自权利人所有。NiceGBA 与任天堂或其他主机厂商无隶属、赞助或认可关系。

3. 使用许可与开源组件

在遵守本协议及适用法律的前提下，你可在自己的设备上使用 NiceGBA。不得将其用于恶意攻击、未经授权的访问或破坏他人设备和网络。应用包含 mGBA 0.10.5 等开源组件；这些组件受其各自许可证约束，例如 mGBA 的 MPL 2.0。开源许可证授予的权利不因本协议而被限制。项目中的相关许可证和源码信息应随发行版本提供。

4. 存档、截图与传输

你负责管理自己的游戏文件和进度，并在重要操作前保留备份。删除游戏、清除数据、卸载应用、文件损坏或设备故障可能导致进度丢失。应用内即时存档不保证与其他版本或其他模拟器兼容。相册截图与系统备份的管理方式取决于操作系统。Wi-Fi 传输应在可信网络进行，不应向不可信人员泄露会话地址。

5. 更新与可用性

我们可能为修复问题、改善体验或调整兼容性更新应用与网站。除另有明确承诺外，不保证所有游戏都能运行、服务永不中断或所有设备表现一致。未来若推出收费服务，其价格和相关条款将在你购买前另行展示；本协议本身不构成订阅或购买授权。

6. 责任范围

在适用法律允许的范围内，应用和网站按实际提供的状态使用，不对特定用途、全部游戏兼容性或数据始终可恢复作额外保证。因你的游戏文件来源、设备故障、第三方服务或不当使用产生的风险，由各相关方依适用规则承担。本条不排除或限制法律不允许排除或限制的责任，包括适用的消费者法定权利。

数据处理方式详见隐私政策。反馈、隐私请求或使用问题可发送至 mailnice@126.com；不要发送不必要的敏感信息或无权分享的内容。

8. 协议变更

本协议可能随功能或适用要求变化而更新。重要变更会更新生效日期并按适用要求通知。变更不追溯剥夺你依法享有的权利。如有争议，双方可先通过联系邮箱沟通；适用法律及争议解决方式依有关强制性规则确定。

Terms of use

These terms apply to the NiceGBA Android app (com.rq.nice.gba) and its informational website. Read these terms and the privacy policy before use; stop using the service if you disagree. A parent or guardian should appropriately supervise minors. These terms do not restrict rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

1. Scope

NiceGBA provides local playback of Game Boy, Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance files, importing, saves, screenshots, speed adjustments and local network transfers. It does not include commercial games, a game-download service or BIOS files, and does not sell or license third-party game content. Features, compatibility and speed may vary by device, OS and game file.

PRO subscriptions

PRO provides multiple save slots, fast-forward and extra themes during an active subscription. Weekly, monthly and yearly auto-renewing plans have no free trial. Localized prices, billing periods and applicable charges are shown in the app and Google Play confirmation screen. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be managed in Google Play. Access normally continues until the paid period ends after cancellation. Refunds follow Google Play rules and applicable law. Free users can play and load existing saves. Saving snapshots or in-game progress and fast-forward require PRO. Expiration does not delete games or saves.

2. Game files and lawful use

Import and use only game files you have lawfully obtained and are entitled to use. Owning a physical cartridge does not necessarily authorize copying, downloading or sharing a ROM in every jurisdiction; check applicable rules and permissions. Do not use the app to distribute infringing content, bypass applicable access restrictions or engage in unlawful activity. Games, trademarks, characters and related content belong to their respective rights holders. NiceGBA is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Nintendo or other console manufacturers.

3. License and open-source components

You may use NiceGBA on your own devices in compliance with these terms and applicable law. Do not use it for malicious attacks, unauthorized access or damage to devices and networks. The app includes open-source components such as mGBA 0.10.5, governed by their own licenses, including MPL 2.0 for mGBA. These terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses. Relevant license and source information should accompany distributed versions.

4. Saves, screenshots and transfer

You are responsible for your game files and progress and should keep backups before important changes. Deleting games, clearing data, uninstalling, file corruption or device failure can cause loss of progress. Save states are not guaranteed compatible with other versions or emulators. Exported screenshots and system backups are managed by the OS. Use Wi-Fi transfer only on trusted networks and do not disclose session addresses to untrusted people.

5. Updates and availability

We may update the app or website to fix issues, improve the experience or adjust compatibility. Unless expressly promised otherwise, we do not guarantee every game works, uninterrupted availability or identical performance on all devices. If paid features are introduced, their prices and terms will be shown before purchase; these terms do not authorize any purchase or subscription.

6. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided as available, without additional guarantees of suitability for a particular purpose, universal game compatibility or perpetual data recovery. Risks involving your file sources, device failures, third-party services or misuse are allocated under applicable rules. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable statutory consumer rights.

See the privacy policy for data practices. Send feedback, privacy requests or questions to mailnice@126.com. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information or content you cannot lawfully share.

8. Changes

These terms may change with features or applicable requirements. Material changes will have an updated effective date and appropriate notices where required. Changes do not retroactively remove statutory rights. Contact us first to discuss disputes; applicable law and dispute resolution are subject to relevant mandatory rules.
